Четврта књига Мојсијева (која се зове Бројеви )

Ово су путови синова Израиљевијех кад изађоше из земље Мисирске у четама својим под управом Мојсијевом и Ароновом.

These are the journeys of the children of Israel, who went out of the land of Egypt by their armies under the hand of Moses and Aaron.

И Мојсије пописа како изидоше и гдје стајаше по заповијести Господњој; и ово су путови њихови како путоваше.

Now Moses wrote down the starting points of their journeys at the command of the LORD. And these are their journeys according to their starting points:

Пођоше из Рамесе првога мјесеца петнаести дан, сјутрадан послије пасхе, и изидоше синови Израиљеви руком подигнутом пред очима свијех Мисираца.

They departed from Rameses in the first month, on the fifteenth day of the first month; on the day after the Passover the children of Israel went out with boldness in the sight of all the Egyptians.

А Мисирци погребаваху првенце које поби Господ међу њима, кад и на боговима њиховијем изврши Господ судове.

For the Egyptians were burying all their firstborn, whom the LORD had killed among them. Also on their gods the LORD had executed judgments.

Then the children of Israel moved from Rameses and camped at Succoth.

А из Сохота отишавши стадоше у око у Етаму, који је накрај пустиње.

They departed from Succoth and camped at Etham, which is on the edge of the wilderness.

А из Етама отишавши савише к Ироту, који је према Велсефону, и стадоше у око пред Магдалом.

They moved from Etham and turned back to Pi Hahiroth, which is east of Baal Zephon; and they camped near Migdol.

А од Ирота отишавши пријеђоше преко мора у пустињу, и ишавши три дана преко пустиње Етама стадоше у око у Мери.

They departed from before Hahiroth and passed through the midst of the sea into the wilderness, went three days' journey in the Wilderness of Etham, and camped at Marah.

А из Мере отишавши дођоше у Елим, гдје бијаше дванаест студенаца и седамдесет палмовијех дрвета, и ондје стадоше у око.

They moved from Marah and came to Elim. At Elim were twelve springs of water and seventy palm trees; so they camped there.

А из Елима отишавши стадоше у око код Црвенога Мора.

They moved from Elim and camped by the Red Sea.

И отишавши од Црвенога Мора стадоше у око у пустињи Сину.

They moved from the Red Sea and camped in the Wilderness of Sin.

А из пустиње Сина отишавши стадоше у око у Рафаку.

They journeyed from the Wilderness of Sin and camped at Dophkah.

А из Рафака отишавши стадоше у око у Елусу.

They departed from Dophkah and camped at Alush.

А из Елуса отишавши стадоше у око у Рафидину, гдје немаше народ воде да пије.

They moved from Alush and camped at Rephidim, where there was no water for the people to drink.

А из Рафидина отишавши стадоше у око у пустињи Синајској.

They departed from Rephidim and camped in the Wilderness of Sinai.

А из пустиње Синајске отишавши стадоше у око у Киврот-Атави.

They moved from the Wilderness of Sinai and camped at Kibroth Hattaavah.

А из Киврот-Атаве отишавши стадоше у око у Асироту.

They departed from Kibroth Hattaavah and camped at Hazeroth.

А из Асирота отишавши стадоше у око у Ратаму.

They departed from Hazeroth and camped at Rithmah.

А из Ратама отишавши стадоше у око у Ремнон-Фаресу.

They departed from Rithmah and camped at Rimmon Perez.

А из Ремнон-Фареса отишавши стадоше у око у Лемвону.

They departed from Rimmon Perez and camped at Libnah.

А из Лемвона отишавши стадоше у око у Ресану.

They moved from Libnah and camped at Rissah.

А из Ресана отишавши стадоше у око у Макелату.

They journeyed from Rissah and camped at Kehelathah.

А из Макелата отишавши стадоше у око код горе Сафера.

They went from Kehelathah and camped at Mount Shepher.

А од горе Сафера отишавши стадоше у око у Хараду.

They moved from Mount Shepher and camped at Haradah.

А из Харада отишавши стадоше у око у Макидоту.

They moved from Haradah and camped at Makheloth.

А из Макидота отишавши стадоше у око у Катату.

They moved from Makheloth and camped at Tahath.

А из Катата отишавши стадоше у око у Тарату.

They departed from Tahath and camped at Terah.

А из Тарата отишавши стадоше у око у Метеку.

They moved from Terah and camped at Mithkah.

А из Метека отишавши стадоше у око у Аселмону.

They went from Mithkah and camped at Hashmonah.

А из Аселмона отишавши стадоше у око у Мосироту.

They departed from Hashmonah and camped at Moseroth.

А из Мосирота отишавши стадоше у око у Ванакану.

They departed from Moseroth and camped at Bene Jaakan.

А из Ванакана отишавши стадоше у око у планини Гададу.

They moved from Bene Jaakan and camped at Hor Hagidgad.

А из планине Гадада отишавши стадоше у око у Етевати.

They went from Hor Hagidgad and camped at Jotbathah.

А из Етевате отишавши стадоше у око у Еврону.

They moved from Jotbathah and camped at Abronah.

А из Еврона отишавши стадоше у око у Гесион-Гаверу.

They departed from Abronah and camped at Ezion Geber.

А из Гесион-Гавера отишавши стадоше у око у пустињи Сину, а то је Кадис.

They moved from Ezion Geber and camped in the Wilderness of Zin, which is Kadesh.

А из Кадиса отишавши стадоше у око код горе Ора на међи земље Едомске.

They moved from Kadesh and camped at Mount Hor, on the boundary of the land of Edom.

И изиде Арон свештеник на гору Ор по заповјести Господњој, и умрије ондје четрдесете године по изласку синова Израиљевијех из земље Мисирске, први дан петога мјесеца.

Then Aaron the priest went up to Mount Hor at the command of the LORD, and died there in the fortieth year after the children of Israel had come out of the land of Egypt, on the first day of the fifth month.

А Арону бјеше сто и двадесет и три године кад умрије на гори Ору.

Aaron was one hundred and twenty-three years old when he died on Mount Hor.

Тада чу Хананеј цар Арадски, који живљаше на југу у земљи Хананској, да иду синови Израиљеви.

Now the king of Arad, the Canaanite, who dwelt in the South in the land of Canaan, heard of the coming of the children of Israel.

Потом отишавши од горе Ора стадоше у око у Селмону.

So they departed from Mount Hor and camped at Zalmonah.

А из Селмона отишавши стадоше у око у Финону.

They departed from Zalmonah and camped at Punon.

А из Финона отишавши стадоше у око у Овоту.

They departed from Punon and camped at Oboth.

А из Овота отишавши стадоше у око на хумовима Аваримским на међи Моавској.

They departed from Oboth and camped at Ije Abarim, at the border of Moab.

А од тијех хумова отишавши стадоше у око у Девон-Гаду.

They departed from Ijim and camped at Dibon Gad.

А из Девон-Гада отишавши стадоше у око у Гелмон-Девлатаиму.

They moved from Dibon Gad and camped at Almon Diblathaim.

А из Гелмон-Девлатаима отишавши стадоше у око у планинама Аваримским према Нававу.

They moved from Almon Diblathaim and camped in the mountains of Abarim, before Nebo.

А из планина Аваримских отишавши стадоше у око у пољу Моавском на Јордану према Јерихону.

They departed from the mountains of Abarim and camped in the plains of Moab by the Jordan, across from Jericho.

И стајаху у околу крај Јордана од Есимота до Вел-Сатима у пољу Моавском.

They camped by the Jordan, from Beth Jesimoth as far as the Abel Acacia Grove in the plains of Moab.

И рече Господ Мојсију у пољу Моавском на Јордану према Јерихону говорећи:

Now the LORD spoke to Moses in the plains of Moab by the Jordan, across from Jericho, saying,

Кажи синовима Израиљевијем и реци им: кад пријеђете преко Јордана у земљу Хананску,

"Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them: 'When you have crossed the Jordan into the land of Canaan,

Отјерајте од себе све који живе у оној земљи, и потрите све слике њихове резане, и све слике њихове ливене потрите, и све висине њихове оборите.

'then you shall drive out all the inhabitants of the land from before you, destroy all their engraved stones, destroy all their molded images, and demolish all their high places;

А кад их истјерате из земље, населите се у њој; јер сам вама дао ону земљу да је ваша.

'you shall dispossess the inhabitants of the land and dwell in it, for I have given you the land to possess.

И раздијелите је у нашљедство ждријебом на породице своје; којих има више, њима веће нашљедство подајте; а којих има мање, њима подајте мање нашљедство; које мјесто коме ждријебом допадне, оно нека му буде; на племена отаца својих раздијелите нашљедство.

'And you shall divide the land by lot as an inheritance among your families; to the larger you shall give a larger inheritance, and to the smaller you shall give a smaller inheritance; there everyone's inheritance shall be whatever falls to him by lot. You shall inherit according to the tribes of your fathers.

Ако ли не отјерате од себе онијех који живе у оној земљи, онда ће они које оставите бити трње очима вашима и остани вашим боковима, и пакостиће вам у земљи у којој ћете живјети.

'But if you do not drive out the inhabitants of the land from before you, then it shall be that those whom you let remain shall be irritants in your eyes and thorns in your sides, and they shall harass you in the land where you dwell.

И што сам мислио учинити њима, учинићу вама.

'Moreover it shall be that I will do to you as I thought to do to them.' "
